Job Description:

Experience: 2-3 Years

Technical Skills: EE and Mobile Device Management fundamentals. Hands on lab equipment experiences including oscilloscopes, DMM’s, power supplies, e-loads, etc.

Job Summary:

• Develop understanding for DIALN designed products through architecture block diagrams, schematics, datasheets, as well as interactions with the global design teams.
• Responsible for circuit or sub-system design, including architecture, early derivation / simulation analysis, component selection, schematic capture, PCB placement, layout, bring-up, and validation.
• Interact with design teams frequently to capture clients’ requirements and translate into functionality.
• Cooperate with contract manufacturers’ teams to ensure a high level of consistent quality.

Responsibilities:

• Designing high volume consumer products from beginning to end
• Hands-on skills in circuit level simulation analysis
• Programming / scripting skills
• SOC integration, camera integration, display integration, DC-DC, analog design, audio system design, high speed design, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and other radio integration, video electronics design, sensor integration

Required Skills:

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field and solid EE fundamentals
• Clear English communication for global teamwork
• Hands-on experience in prototype design, bring-up, debugging, functional verification and validations.
• Hands on lab equipment experiences including oscilloscopes, DMM’s, power supplies, e-loads, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Execute full lifecycle software development
• Develop, designed well efficient code
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Comply with project plans and industry standards

Required Skills:

• Java programming expertise required
• Experienced in Linux and mobile hardware / software integration.
• Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with object-oriented programming and design patterns

• Establish and drive the Customer Experience organization to improve profitability of base business, ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and ensure renewal rate.

• Formulate and implement a winning sales strategy for Indirect channels.
